My name is Andrew Brady and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addictions Specialist.
In 2020, I graduated from Western Carolina University with a Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in substance abuse treatment. I have worked as a therapist in the psychiatric hospital setting and as a therapist at a private psychiatric practice with individuals in a substance abuse IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) as well as individuals seeking treatment for mental health.
I utilize an eclectic approach with emphasis on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I believe that understanding our relationship with our anxieties and life stressors can open up the potential for living a balanced life. My clinical experience includes working with individuals with ADHD, bipolar, anxiety, relationship stressors, grief, divorce/separation, substance abuse, and overall life adjustments that can be scary to handle on your own.
I am here to help you navigate the unpredictable and often overwhelming events that life throws at you. I would feel honored to be a part of your journey to develop a deeper understanding and a healthier relationship with your emotions and behaviors, while also helping you stock your tool box full of effective and healthy coping skills to find your inner peace.
