Megan Variano
Megan received her Licensed Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addictions Counseling License in 2010 and Clinical Counseling Supervisors License in 2014 for the state of North Carolina. Megan currently offers clinical supervision to individuals seeking LCAS, LCMHC, and CCS licensures in North Carolina as well as to individuals who may already be licensed but would like additional supervision or consultation regarding other counseling-related issues.
Megan uses a developmental approach to supervision, focusing on treatment outcomes and best practices, in order to build strong professional identities.

Julie received her Clinical Addictions Specialist license (LCAS) in 2021, her Clinical Mental Health Counselor license (LCMHC) in 2020, and her Clinical Counseling Supervisors license (CCS) for the State of NC in 2025. Julie currently offers clinical supervision to individuals seeking their LCAS, LCMHC, and CCS licensures in NC.
