General Rates
Intake / Assessment – $175 • 90 min
Couple / Family Session – $150 • 50-60 min
Individual – $150 • 50-60 min
EMDR Session – $150 • 60 min
Court Testimonial – $600 per hour (2 hr. minimum)
Paperwork – $40
Payment
•Cash and all major Credit Cards accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.
•Insurance
We are currently in network with Optum/United Healthcare, Evernorth (formerly Cigna), Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (except for Blue Value / Home / Local). (While we are not in network with other insurance companies at this time, we will give you the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company in accordance with their out of network policy provisions.) If you are using Out of Network benefits or self-pay, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate per the “No Surprises Act” that went into effect on 1/1/2022.
•Reduced Fee
Each clinician has designated reduced fee spots for therapeutic services. Reduced fee services are available on a client to client basis and should be discussed during initial consultation. Reduced fees will be based on eligibility factors.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For Late Cancellations or No-Shows, a $75 fee will be assessed and must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. And, please be aware that 3 No-Shows may result in termination of therapy and you will be given a referral list for other providers.
